After an exciting conclusion of the minor Food Service of Zuyd Hogeschool, the finalists from this minor are announced: Teams TostiTruck, FresHub and QuickPick will join for the Finals of the Food Boost Challenge Limburg edition! In a period of 10 weeks, 60 students of Zuyd Hogeschool participated in 10 teams in this parallel trajectory of the Food Boost Challenge. They attended guest lectures, Q&A sessions and excursions to Schiphol, Scelta Institute and Kitchen republic.

In total 35 finalists divided over 9 teams will participate in the finals. Their background varies between secondary education, MBO, HBO and university. A diverse group of talented young people with own ideas on how to tempt young people more often to make that healthier choice on hotspots like sport and school canteens, supermarkets, etc. The team’s solutions vary from product idea to tech solution and catering concept.
