The second edition of the Food Boost Challenge Limburg started with no less than 24 submitted concepts! We are very proud of the diverse range of participants and ideas. For example, the participants educational level varies from secondary education to university education, and the selected ideas focus on school and sports canteens, but also on festivals and retail locations.
Of the 24 submitted concepts, a total of 6 teams continued to the regular Food Boost Channel. That means that the co-creation session was entered by with 6 teams and 21 partners on March 24! There is also a parallel route via the Minor Food-Service from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. There, 10 teams compete for three spots in the final. The teams of this minor go through their own but similar innovation funnel.
